What We Believe
About God
There is one living, sovereign God who eternally exists in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
(Rev. 1:8, Is. 43:10-11, Deut. 6:4, Matt. 28:19)
Jesus was sent by the Father to live on earth; he was fully God and fully human, yet had no sin. Jesus willingly laid down his life, and after three days rose from the grave. In doing this, Jesus fulfilled the payment for the world’s debt of sin.
(Luke 1:31, 35, 1 Cor. 15:3, 2 Cor. 5:21)
The Holy Spirit was sent by the Father and Son to convict the world of sin and to empower all who believe in Jesus Christ. He lives in every believer and is a constant helper, teacher, and guide.
(John 14:16-17)
About People
God created people in his image, and everyone matters to God.
(Gen 1:26-27, Gen. 5:1-2)
All people are sinners and need God’s forgiveness. (Romans 3:23)
Those who confess and turn from their sin, trusting in Jesus Christ, will be saved by grace and become children of God, with the promise of eternal life.

About the Church, the Bible, & Christ's Return
Jesus Christ is the head of the church and all believing people are members.
(Eph. 4:15-16)
The Bible is the inspired word of God and is the supreme authority in all matters of faith and conduct. (2 Tim. 3:16-17)
Jesus Christ will return and there will be a final judgment. (Matt. 24:3, 37)

Lead Pastor
Dr. Mick Martin
Pastor Mick Martin accepted the call to be our Senior Pastor back in September of 2020. Mick brings over 25 years of experience in ministries and churches of all shapes and sizes, and is fully committed to building the local church for a global purpose. He has a heart that yearns to reach people with God’s love and truth.

Worship Leader
Brandon Breithaupt
Brandon and his wife, Meg, along with their daughter, Sophie, joined the Bethel family in the fall of 2024, and it didn’t take long for them to feel right at home. With a deep love for music and experience serving in a variety of worship ministries, Brandon jumped right in and began serving on the worship team. In January 2025, he joyfully stepped into the role of leading our worship ministry. With his worship leader training, servant heart, and passion for worship, Brandon has already been a tremendous blessing to Bethel, and we are grateful for the way God is using him among us.

Catherine Martin
Catherine has 9 kids of her own with her husband, Pastor Mick and is passionate about helping out the church where there is a need. You can find her in the office periodically throughout the week organizing files or designing and printing information for the Sunday service.

Miranda Quandt
Miranda and her husband, Josh have been attending Bethel for about 4 years. She has many years of office experience and when the need arose for help in the office she felt her skills would be of service. In her free time she likes to paint and teach Dave Ramsey courses.

Chairman of the Leadership Board
Mark Lindahl
Mark and his family have attended Bethel since 1988. Mark has served several times on the leadership board during their time. He enjoys leading a community group, and helping to lead our Men’s ministry. He continues to be amazed at how God leads at Bethel. Mark is convinced that God accomplishes his purposes on earth through His body, the Church, and that we grow in Him as we remain together, like a family, in the local church.
